We empower students with learning differences to become confident, independent learners.
The HillSprings Learning Center is a non-profit, half-day school (with a student to teacher ratio of no more than 4 to 1) for K-8 students who have learning differences such as a specific learning diability including dyslexia, dysgraphia, dyscalculia, and ADD - attention deficit disorder or, ADHD - attention deficit hyperactivity disorder. We are committed to providing a short term, accelerated skill acquisition program for students that enables them the opportunity to achieve at a level commensurate with their intellectual abilities. In addition, our program is designed to help students develop a positive self-concept through successful experiences and an understanding of their individual learning styles, to prepare them to be independent learners in a regular classroom setting, and to assist them to set realistic goals for themselves.
